The voices of the original JL/JLU reunite for Justice League: Doom

You remember all the awesome voices of the members of the Justice League through Justice League Unlimited? Well they’re getting back together for a direct to DVD animated film. The story is based on Mark Waid and Howard Porter’s Tower of Babel from JLA.

Also Nathan Fillion (Green Lantern: Emerald Knights, Firefly, Serenity, LOST, Castle, and Slither) reprises his voice  as Hal Jordan for this.

From Stormwatch #1 by Paul Cornell and Miguel Sepulveda

This is coming out tomorrow (Sept. 7) and I recommend picking up it up if you’re a sci fi fan or if you’ve never read a comic book.

The professionals saving us from alien threats for centuries and not these amateur cape wearing super-heroes (Justice League).

Paul Cornell (writer of Doctor Who from the Davies era) talks about his upcoming comic book Stormwatch.

This is clearly a sci fi (or SF as he says) book set in a superhero world. In another interview he called it the torchwood of superheroes. These are the professionals and not the amateurs in capes.

If you like sci fi in general check out the interview, and I suggest check out the comic if you enjoy the interview.

A funny video about the DC relaunch and why it will be a good thing.
